Marks and Spencer Touchpoints

In a world where the in store and online environment are merging, we are seeing a multichannel offering from recognisable high street brands.  Marks and Spencer have been credited with adapting to the changing retail landscape, alongside other major retailers such as John Lewis.  Here are a few examples of of their Bath store touchpoints.

Customers can browse the website and pay at the kiosk without the need to get to the traditional tills. They can also order items to pick up in store at the touch of a button.  The easy to use interface shows customers if other colours and sizes of merchandise are available without the need to find a sales assistant.

This is a unique website which will require a more modern browser to work!
